Eleanor founded Haven in 2019 after fifteen years at a well-known prime London agency. She brings a person-centred philosophy to the practice: the client relationship is everything, and an estate agent's job is to remove stress, not add to it.

Oliver combines extensive experience from prime central London with deep local knowledge of Somerset and Wiltshire. Raised in Bath, he spent a decade at one of Mayfair's leading agencies before returning home — and maintains strong contacts across London and the South West.
