Admissions

Come in. Have a look.

Joining Circa is less about a test and more about a fit. We take three steps — a tour, a taster day, a conversation — then we decide together.

How it works

Three steps to a place.

01

Private tour

A 90-minute visit with the Head of Admissions. You'll walk the campus, meet a few children, and sit in on a lesson. We ask for no preparation — just come and look.

Tuesdays & Thursdays · in term
02

Taster day

A full school day for your child. They'll sit in the right year group, take part in two core lessons and one elective, and eat lunch in the main hall. At the end of the day we sit down together for twenty minutes.

Throughout the year · by invitation
03

Decision & offer

We write to you within two weeks. Offers are made on fit, temperament, and curiosity — not on a verbal reasoning score. Places are confirmed on payment of the first term's fees.

Within 14 days of the taster
Fees

Honest numbers. No surprises.

Fees below are per term; there are three terms in the school year. Lunches, trips, and most materials are included. Music tuition and overseas trips are charged separately.

Infant Studio · Ages 3–7
£6,240

Per term · includes lunches, forest school, and weekly swimming.

Middle School · Ages 8–14
£8,950

Per term · includes lunches, project materials, and residentials.

Sixth Form · Ages 15–18
£10,480

Per term · includes lunches, thesis support, and mentorship programme.

We reserve 18% of our places for means-tested bursaries, up to 100% of fees. The bursary application runs alongside the taster day — there is no separate process, and no disadvantage in applying.

Book a Tour

We'd love to show you round.

Private tours run every Tuesday and Thursday during term, from 09:30 or 13:30. The Head of Admissions will meet you at the gate, walk the campus with you, and answer anything you'd like to ask. Please allow around 90 minutes.

If it's easier to talk first, we are happy to — just call or email.
